NDT Level II Inspector (Penetrant & Mag) - 1st & 2nd Shifts

<p><b>Apply for tomorrow’s opportunity today, with Volt</b></p> <p><b>Volt is immediately hiring Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level II Inspector in Valencia, CA.</b></p> <p>If you have experience with <b>Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)</b> and <b>Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI)</b> in an aerospace environment, this is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organization supporting commercial and military aircraft.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Perform Level II Magnetic Particle and Penetrant inspections on aircraft components</li> <li>Set up and calibrate NDT equipment</li> <li>Interpret test results and identify defects or discontinuities</li> <li>Complete inspection reports and maintain FAA/NADCAP documentation</li> <li>Support audits and FAA return-to-service requirements</li> <li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED</li> <li>3+ years of aerospace NDT experience</li> <li>Current Level II certification in MT and PT (NAS 410 or equivalent)</li> <li>Experience in an FAA Repair Station or MRO environment preferred</li> <li>Ability to read technical drawings, OEM manuals, and specifications</li> <li>NADCAP experience highly preferred</li> </ul> <h3>Schedule</h3> <p><b>1st Shift:</b> 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM<br /> <b>2nd Shift:</b> 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM</p> <p>?
