Experienced Newborn Nanny

Position Overview: - Location: Philadelphia, PA, 19103 - Target Start: ASAP - Target End: Long-Term - Ages: Newborn (9/2026) - Pets: No pets - Schedule: First 3-4 weeks overnights: 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. (can be flexible on hours) Transition to days - Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. About the Family: A first-time family expecting their baby in September is looking for an exceptional nanny with extensive newborn experience. The position will ideally start with 3-4 overnight shifts each week before transitioning into a full-time daytime role once Dad returns to work. He is seeking a solution-oriented and proactive nanny who understands infant development, can confidently support milestones, and is interested in becoming a long-term, trusted part of the family. ** Open to a live-in or hybrid arrangement for the right fit. Responsibilities: - Full child care - Child laundry - Clean and sterilize bottles - Run/empty dishwasher Compensation: - Pay: $30/hr gross - Paid Vacation: 2 weeks - Paid sick/personal: 5 days - Paid Holidays (if on a working day): 6 major federal holidays Qualifications: - At least 3 years of full-time nanny experience - Newborn experience - CPR and First Aid Certified - Vaccinations Required: MMR & Tdap Reference Job ID: MOD01
