Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, balance and gait training, and functional mobility, while promoting safety and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and support a patient-centered, dignified care experience in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
