DC Maintenance Supervisor

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a DC Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our distribution center. This role oversees a team of technicians maintaining material handling equipment, conveyors, building systems, and safety devices to ensure maximum uptime. The supervisor plans and prioritizes preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinates vendor services, manages work orders and parts inventory, and tracks KPIs. This position partners closely with operations leaders, promotes a strong safety culture, supports continuous improvement, and helps drive a reliable, efficient environment for retail and e‑commerce fulfillment.
