This is a 13-week contract position.Job Description
Join our home health team providing exceptional care to patients in their homes. You will treat a diverse patient population with common diagnoses including general orthopedic conditions, generalized weakness, strengthening needs, and cardiac rehabilitation.ResponsibilitiesConduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.Implement treatment protocols in accordance with patient needs.Document patient care and progress using the Epic documentation system.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureBLS CertificationValid Physical Therapy license for the state of West VirginiaExperience in home health preferred but not required.Why ARMStaffing?
