Caring Babysitter Needed for Three Kids, 2 with Special Needs/Disability Experience

I am looking for a reliable babysitter to care for my 3 children, ages 2, 5, & 9. The start date is flexible, beginning the week of Aug 3rd. The babysitter must have their own car and be comfortable with pets. We have a 3 year old standard schnauzer. Responsibilities include preparing meals and snacks, assisting with play, managing bedtime routines, assisting in maintaining a light schedule & follow through with kids chores, assisting with toilet training, and providing light housekeeping when needed. Experience with special needs/disabilities and caring for multiples is required. A CNA with a current license is also ideal, but not necessarily required. The ideal candidate is patient, organized, and able to engage with children of various ages that have very specific and different needs. I am looking for the occasional sitter specifically for after school (sometimes starting as early as 2 or 3pm), nights, & weekends.
