Join a highly collaborative anesthesia team practicing across two complementary sitesa high-acuity Level I trauma center and a community-focused hospital just 20 minutes apart. This role offers clinical variety, autonomy, and flexibility , with the ability to tailor your schedule and case mix to fit your lifestyle and interests. Whether you enjoy complex cases or a balanced community setting, youll have the best of both worlds in one cohesive practice.

- Diverse case mix across two sites
- Delray (Level I Trauma Center): high-acuity cases including open heart, structural heart, thoracic, vascular, neuro spine, robotics, and complex endo/IR
- West Boca (Community Site): lower-acuity cases with ortho, GYN, general, ENT, plastics, peds, and OB
- Flexible scheduling that fits your life
- Choose from 8, 10, 12, or 14-hour shifts

Qualifications
