Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse

HCA Healthcare is seeking an Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery in our rehabilitation unit. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, and case managers. You will educate patients and families on rehab goals and discharge planning while tracking progress and documenting care.
