Full job description

Each year we touch nearly 25,000 lives, focusing on individuals with physical, developmental, and emotional challenges as well as those facing adverse socio-economic conditions including unemployment and underemployment.
Work Ready provides a comprehensive set of employment-oriented services to those receiving Public Assistance benefits, including those who are in need of specific help managing barriers to self-sufficiency.
This role, located at 123 S Broad Street, offers flexibility and a hybrid environment, including 2 days each week on-site and 3 days remote. This position is full time, 35 hours per week.
Functional Responsibilities
- Oversee all job development activities. Oversee customized job development and job matching.
- Ensure diligent tracking and documentation of employment information from all staff.
- Coordinate services regarding clients’ job placement goals and appropriate job search activities.
- Oversee and facilitate relationship building with areas employers.
- Collaborate with organizations providing job placement services.
- Market program services and participants to employers via phone, video conference, and personal contacts.
- Actively engage TANF clients in the direction of employment.
