Full job description
Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehab services across post-acute, outpatient, or home-based settings. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and focus on restoring mobility, strength, and independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document in EMR, track functional outcomes, and educate patients and caregivers.
