Schedule:  Full-time, Monday - Friday 830am - 5pm 

Wage: $21.90/Hour

What You Will Do:

Various administrative and billing aspects, such as working with internal cross-functional teams to ensure accurate billing, timely reimbursement for services provided, proper documentation to support billing records, maintenance of records in a manner that meets auditing, compliance, regulatory requirements and in compliance. Review, analyze, and interpret records and documentation from various sources to identify unbilled units, resolve billing discrepancies, and support accurate processing of billing related information.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required. 
  • Two years of related experience required. 
  • Associates or bachelor’s level accounting or bookkeeping degree preferred. 
  • Experience with, or knowledge of, Medicaid billing requirements, Notices of Action, and service authorizations preferred. 
  • Must be proficient at using a computer, Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications, and ability to quickly learn other software and computer systems as needed for completion of job duties.  
  • Experience using Workday, Kronos, Therap, and external platforms such as Indiana State and Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) portals highly preferred.
