Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active District of Columbia license or license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Minimum 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required by client. Experience with documentation and care planning in a SNF environment preferred. Ability to follow therapist-directed treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
