ASAP Automotive & Transmission is seeking an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician to join our family-owned shop in Bear, Delaware. Key Responsibilities

• Perform steering and suspension repairs on a variety of vehicles
• Complete maintenance services and general automotive repairs
• Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using AutoLeap
• Diagnose and repair common drivability and light-to-moderate electrical concerns
• Complete quality repairs efficiently while maintaining productivity
• Clearly communicate inspection findings and repair recommendations
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
• Strong B-Level mechanical skills with the ability to perform repairs independently
• Experience with steering, suspension, brake, maintenance, and general automotive repair
• Basic to intermediate automotive electrical diagnostic ability
• Ability to consistently produce quality work and maintain productivity
• ASE Certifications are a plus
• Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $32-$35/hour
• Weekly pay
• Production bonus of an additional $2/hour when billing 35+ flagged hours
