Independent Contractor: Transition to employee status after one year.
Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed $800/day minimum or 30% production (associates average $1,200-$1,700/day).

Position: Full-Time Dental Associate
Location: Lompoc, CA
About Us:
We are a well-established dental practice known for our exceptional patient care and collaborative team environment. Our practice is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated Dental Associate to join us on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition to full-time within 6-12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
Build rapport with patients and provide excellent customer service.
Collaborate with our skilled hygienists and assistants who handle the majority of the assessments and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all health and safety regulations.
Stay updated with the latest dental techniques and technologies through continuing education.

Requirements
Licensed dentist
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Licensed to practice dentistry in CA
