Surgical Technologist

Windham Hospital seeks a Surgical Technologist to support a busy perioperative team in Willimantic, CT. The Surg Tech will prepare operating rooms, arrange and verify sterile instruments and supplies, and maintain strict aseptic technique. Responsibilities include anticipating surgeon needs, assisting with patient positioning and draping, performing accurate counts, managing specimens, and supporting OR turnover. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff in a team-oriented culture that values respect, communication, and high-quality, personalized care for our community.
