Food Production Line Worker

Our client, Food Manufacturing Industry, is seeking a Food Production Line Worker to join their team. As a Food Production Line Worker, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Food Production Line Worker

Location: Aurora, CO

Pay Range:

Shift: 1st Shift: 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM; 3rd Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Build desserts according to detailed instructions
• Meet production goals within designated timeframes
• Maintain a tidy and organized work area
• Report waste and any safety concerns to supervisors

What's Needed?

• Reliable transportation and flexible availability for shifts
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to read and write in English or Spanish
• Ability to focus in a fast-paced, loud environment
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
