Job Description
As a Security Officer DoD Security Clearance Alarm Panel Patrol in Westford, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. Pay Rate: $23.68 / Hour

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information through established site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
- Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
