Executive Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH team
  • Effectively manage food and labor costs, full financial responsibility
  • Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation
  • Be able to execute a high level of food quality in a high-volume environment

Executive Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • At least 4+ years as an Executive Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
  • The ideal candidate has corporate systems experience
  • Excellent communication skills and strong leadership ability
  • Experience with 8M sales volume or higher and experience with new restaurant openings
  • Strong financial skillset, ability to run highly efficient BOH operations
  • Ability to lead in a diverse space and create a positive work environment for all
