Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in short term skilled/SNF facility

Annadel State Park is about 6 miles from central Santa Rosa and features more than 40 miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking.
