Outdoor Media Group (OMG), the Out-of-Home (OOH) media division of Omnicom Media Group, is seeking an Associate to support the planning, execution, and management of integrated Out-of-Home advertising campaigns. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in media planning, advertising, analytics, and client service.
Working alongside Account Executives, Supervisors, and Directors, the Associate will assist in campaign planning, market research, financial tracking, vendor communication, and campaign execution while developing expertise in the rapidly evolving OOH media landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of national, regional, and local Out-of-Home advertising campaigns.
- Assist with media research, audience analysis, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
- Prepare client deliverables, media plans, presentations, and campaign documentation.
- Coordinate with internal planning, buying, analytics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Maintain planning documents, media schedules, trackers, and vendor databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Monitor campaign budgets, reconcile billing discrepancies, and assist with financial reporting.
- Gather proof-of-performance materials, completion photos, and campaign documentation.
- Develop relationships with media vendors and industry partners while maintaining professional communication.
- Participate in internal meetings, client presentations, vendor presentations, and training opportunities.
- Stay informed on emerging OOH technologies, digital out-of-home (DOOH), measurement solutions, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Required
- 0–2 years of professional experience (internships or relevant coursework encouraged).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
Preferred
- Exposure to media planning, advertising, marketing, or analytics through internships or coursework.
- Familiarity with Out-of-Home advertising or media buying.
- Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Interest in data analysis, consumer insights, and media measurement.
