Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to safety, teamwork, and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Traverse City, MI

Pay Range: $19-21/hr based on role and shift

Shift: 1st (6:00am-2:00pm) and 2nd (3:00pm-11:00pm)

What's the Job?

• Operate production machinery and equipment to support manufacturing processes
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials efficiently and safely
• Assemble parts according to detailed work instructions
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to safety regulations and ISO procedures

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment
• Ability to follow written instructions and perform basic math calculations
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork
