- Performs general maintenance duties as it relates to troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of residential/commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment and routine building upkeep and repairs.
- EPA Universal Certification preferred
- Responsibilities also include general maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarms.
- Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
- Utilizes maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion, issue resolutions.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full Time, 80 hours bi-weekly
- Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and being available on call for after hour emergencies
- $25.00/Hour
- High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance required.
- CFC certification or ability to obtain within initial 90-days of hire.
