FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation services. In this clinician-owned practice, you will perform evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver patient-centered care focused on functional outcomes and quality of life. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document according to regulatory and payer requirements, and educate patients, families, and caregivers.
