Immediate opening for the BISD School District in Haltom City!

Address: Birdville Independent School District

Wage: $22.00

Schedule: M-F 9am to 6pm (these hours may change depending on operational needs)

Skills:

• Help Onboarding/interviewing partial recruiting for general cleaner positions

• Be able to drive between multiple locations to perform cleaning inspections, train new personnel and more

• Able to perform the duties of supervised staff

• Completes regular quality inspections of assigned client

• Ensures all associates are properly trained at each assigned account with a focus on long term retention.

• Builds a culture of work safety and leads by example with one's own safe behavior

• Treats co-workers with respect and approaches conflict with positive intent and professionalism

• Asks questions to understand why we do what we do and how we do it - champions change when improvements can be made

• Must have a coaching mindset and be a champion of your team

• Collaborative style with strong influencing skills • Previous experience of cleaning procedures and practices

• Good time management

• Proficient written and verbal English communication

• Strong employee and client focus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

• Experienced with stocking and replenishing Supplies

• Requires following safety policies and procedures at all times (such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).
