Company:
Argon STBoeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is looking for an Associate or Experienced Test & Evaluation Lab Technician (Electrical/Electronics) (Level 2 or 3) to join our team in Smithfield and Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania on 2nd shift.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports activities to plan, conduct and document tests on products, systems, components, materials, and manufacturing processes and technologies
Designs systems, materials, components, software and methodologies to meet customer requirements
Participates in test design and performs routine procurement, fabrication and assembly of components, test fixtures and test systems
Supports the coordination of test requirements and assists in reviewing test methods and capabilities
Facilitates systems integration, fabrication and modification; supports system pre-test setup, integration, checkout, and post test tear-down
Conducts routine tests, analyzes data and documents results
Troubleshoots and recommends resolution of basic laboratory and test-related problems
Works under general supervision
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Associate’s Degree or higher, a Technical certificate or degree, or 1 or more years of equivalent technical experience
Must be able to work 2nd shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Please enter your
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with electronics test equipment including power supplies, oscilloscopes and digital volt meters
Experience with environmental stress screening including vibration and thermal cycle testing
