Full job description
Wellstar is seeking a skilled Breast Sonographer to deliver high-quality breast ultrasound imaging and support early detection of breast disease. In this PRN role, you will perform diagnostic and interventional breast ultrasound procedures, optimize image quality, and assist radiologists with biopsies and other image-guided exams. You will verify histories, document findings in PACS/EMR, and uphold strict safety and infection control standards. Working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment, you’ll provide compassionate care, support patients through sensitive procedures, and participate in ongoing education and quality improvement within our integrated health system.
