3 kids, easy 2-3 day work week

Hello, We’re looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced nanny to help care for our three children: a 6-month-old baby girl and our two boys, ages 2 and 3. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and is comfortable caring for multiple little ones. The position would be approximately 24–30 hours per week, with Wednesdays and Thursdays being our highest-priority days. We’re flexible on compensation and can offer either hourly pay or a set salary, depending on experience, availability, and what works best for both sides.
