Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of off-the-road tires and related products, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Distribution Center supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: New Brighton, MN

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Position Type: 2-Month Contract, Likely Conversion to Permanent

Shift: 5:00AM - 1:30PM; Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely
• Stacking tires for storage and organization
• Stacking, wrapping, and strapping tires on pallets for shipping
• Performing general housekeeping of the warehouse to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Supporting inbound and outbound transportation processes and inventory management activities

What's Needed?

• HS/GED Completion
• Ability to perform manual tasks, including bending, crouching, and reaching
• Basic computer skills for using warehouse management devices
• Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks preferred
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance
• Prolonged standing and physical stamina
