Quick Facts: Location: Gettysburg, PA Start Date: 05/26/2026 End Date: 08/25/2026 Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certifications: PA or IMLC LOQ, DEA required Experience: Minimum 3 years; new grads accepted with clean file Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $443.43 Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support to ensure your success What You’ll Do: Provide general urology consultations and follow-up care Perform specialized procedures such as ureteroscopies Support hospital daytime call including rounding and consults Assist with procedures in a well-equipped, newly renovated office with 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms Collaborate with a long-standing, dedicated staff team Manage a patient caseload of 40–70 patients per day Contribute to patient care in outpatient and occasional hospital settings What You Need: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Valid PA license or IMLC LOQ DEA license At least 3 years’ Urology practice experience (or recent graduates with clean files) Strong clinical skills and ability to manage outpatient and hospital cases About the Assignment: Join a dynamic urology practice within a modern, well-maintained facility that serves a diverse patient population. You’ll be working with a supportive team in a community-focused environment, providing high-quality care for adult patients. Coverage is needed for approximately six weeks each month with periods of daytime hospital call covering consults and rounding.
