Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Hospital Sisters Health System.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. EP experience required.

Shift & Scheduling: Call: Non EP side 1 late night out per week if needed. Rotational holiday coverage. Cover dedicated call if needed so 1 night a week overnight call at most.

Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
