Full job description

Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic and complex assembly techniques
- Read manufacturing drawings and follow standard operating procedures of varying complexity
- Perform detailed visual inspections on in-process and finished products
- Package and label finished products
- Work with a team in a fast-paced ISO certified cleanroom environment
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks as assigned
- Cut tubing and polymer film to meet tolerances using both manual and automated tools
- Safely operate cleanroom machinery by closely following the standard operating procedures
- Perform inventory counts and report any inaccuracies in a timely manner
- Complete documentation according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Learn the Repligen Performance System and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
- Perform assembly techniques for various products including repetitive motions such as forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, reaching, and bending
- Ability to use various hand tools and assembly equipment
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during the shift
- Ability to frequently lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

The estimated hourly rate for this role, based in the United States of America is $24/Hr. -$ 26/Hr.
Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
