• Experience leading culinary operations within restaurants, hotels, catering companies, private clubs, or hospitality organizations
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Experience managing food costs, labor, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen operations
• Commitment to culinary excellence, consistency, and guest satisfaction
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health department compliance
• NYC metropolitan area experience preferred
