* Scheduled clinical hours plus call -- 1:1 call ratio
* 8 - 12 patients per shift
* Pediatric critical care department
* Ventilation management required -- invasive and non-invasive
* ECMO experience required
* Procedures required -- central line, arterial line, chest tube insertion
* Bronchoscopy with BAL, exchange transfusion, temporary pacemaker
* 20-minute call response time required
* Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
