Job Description:

  • Possesses full proficiency to execute structured technical support or administrative work assignments effectively.

  • Applies established procedures to solve problems, using judgment to deliver quality outcomes under moderate supervision.

  • Limited flexibility to deviate from prescribed methods.

  • This level may include individuals in administrative, office facilities, executive assistant, internship or apprenticeship roles, and may serve as entry-level for new hires without tertiary education qualifications.

  • Develops the visual conceptualization and creative development of integrated marketing, advertising, digital, social, experiential, and brand initiatives across multiple platforms and media channels.

  • Develops visual storytelling approaches, campaign concepts, and creative frameworks that align with brand strategy, audience insights, and business objectives while ensuring cohesive and impactful visual experiences.

  • Collaborates with copywriting, design, production, strategy, technology, and client teams to guide the execution of high-quality creative solutions that strengthen brand expression, audience engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness.





$50,000 to $65,000
