Full job description

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. Home Health experience required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Ability to complete Level 2 background screening if applicable to employer policies. Resume required for application submission. Current clinical references may be requested.

Preferred: Prior travel or contract home health experience and familiarity with common home health documentation software.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Assignment Length: 13 weeks. Start: ASAP. Provider must be able to accept assignment with minimal onboarding documentation.
