  • Mon - Fri with weekend call or 7 on/7 off -- 40 hrs/week
  • Night call: 1:4/5 rotation among PAs
  • Weekend call: 1:4/5 rotation among PAs
  • High volume practice serving adult and pediatric patients
  • Inpatient rounding with call for unassigned patients
  • First assist experience required
  • Min. 1 year neurosurgery advanced practice provider experience
