About the Position

TransForce is seeking a Box Truck driver to support local operations based in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate must have 6 months of box truck experience, a valid DOT medical card, and a valid driver's license or CDL B.

Pay & Schedule Details

  • Pay: $22 Per Hour
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 AM Start time (Average shift length: 9 hours)

Job Details

  • Route Type: Local
  • Equipment: 26' Box Truck or Sprinter Box (Automatic transmissions; training available as needed)
  • Handling: Heavy touch freight

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a box truck for local deliveries
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight
  • Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations

Minimum Requirements

  • License: CDL B / Non-CDL
  • Experience: 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
  • Endorsements: Valid DOT Medical Card
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
