We are seeking a safety-focused Dump Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our operations by transporting materials safely and efficiently while maintaining our commitment to operational excellence and customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely transport aggregate and construction materials to customer and company locations.
  • Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain required documentation.
  • Follow all company safety policies, transportation regulations, and site procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel to coordinate deliveries.
  • Report equipment maintenance needs and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.

What Are We Looking For

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL/Class 1 or equivalent, as required).
  • Proven ability to safely operate commercial vehicles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to conduct vehicle inspections and recognize mechanical concerns.
  • Reliable, customer-focused professional with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

  • $44.51 to $44.51 per hour.
