Full job description
Intermountain Health seeks a Cardiac Rehab Specialist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services to patients recovering from cardiac events and procedures. In this role, you will design and lead individualized and group exercise programs, monitor vitals and cardiac rhythms, and provide risk-factor modification, education, and lifestyle coaching. You will collaborate closely with cardiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, goal-directed care.
