Care Giver/Companion Benefits & Compensation

• Generous compensation of $38+ per hour
• Stable, part-time schedule (3 days/week, 10-hour shifts, 8am–6pm or 9am–7pm)
• Every Saturday and Sunday required with one additional weekday
• Low-physical-demand responsibilities in a supportive home setting

Care Giver/Companion Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience with in-home elderly care or companionship, especially for individuals with early dementia, preferred
• Calm, patient demeanor with excellent listening skills
• Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and work discreetly in a private household
• Punctual, dependable, and able to provide reliable transportation
• Non-smoker

Care Giver/Companion Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience supporting individuals with mild confusion or memory concerns
• Genuine interest in fostering trust through presence and attentive companionship

Care Giver/Companion Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide calm, supportive companionship with a quiet, unobtrusive presence
• Prepare simple breakfast items and warm pre-prepared lunches (no cooking required)
• Offer gentle medication reminders and assist in locating personal items (e.g., hearing aids)
• Support a smooth, calm morning routine, especially for the wife when needed
• Maintain respectful awareness of household routines and personal space
