Our established private dental practice in Staten Island, NY is seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone with strong dental experience who is confident handling patient communication, scheduling, insurance, billing, and treatment coordination.

Schedule

  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday: CLOSED
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Half-day Saturdays

Responsibilities

As a key member of our front office team, you will:

  • Welcome patients with a warm and professional attitude
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments
  • Answer phones and assist patients with questions
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance processing
  • Handle billing, payments, and patient accounts
  • Assist with treatment coordination and administrative tasks
  • Help ensure every patient has an excellent experience from start to finish

Qualifications

  • Previous dental front office experience is required
  • 5+ years of dental administrative experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment planning
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
