PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

VitalCaring seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver compassionate in-home rehab services across our home health and hospice programs. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you’ll implement care plans, provide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility support to help patients regain strength and independence. You’ll educate patients and caregivers, document in our EMR, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
