Join our client's production team as a Batch Maker, where you’ll turn precise formulas into high‑quality finished products. In this hands‑on role, you’ll measure, mix, and prepare materials with accuracy, operate batching equipment, and keep production running smoothly and safely. If you’re detail‑driven, organized, and ready to play a key part in creating consistent, top‑tier product, this role puts you right at the heart of the action.

Batch Maker - 3rd Shift - 10:30pm - 6:00am
Pay Rate $21.00

Batch Maker 2nd shift - 2:30pm - 11p
Pay Rate $20.50

Location: Kansas City, MO

What’s the Job?

  • Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to approved formulas or batch sheets.

  • Operate and monitor mixing, blending, and batching equipment.

  • Follow production schedules to meet daily or weekly batch targets.

  • Record batch data, material usage, and production information accurately.

  • Inspect materials and finished batches to ensure quality standards are met.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, chemical mixing, or batching required.

  • Ability to follow detailed formulas and instructions accurately.

  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

  • Ability to operate production or mixing equipment safely.
