Pay & Bonuses

Starting Pay: $14.50 - $15.70 per hour

• Earn an additional $1.00 per hour Perfect Attendance Bonus
• Pay increases after permanent hire at:

  • 60 Days
  • 90 Days
• Weekly Pay
• Overtime Opportunities Available

Available Shifts

Day Shift

7:00 AM - 3:45 PM Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturdays for overtime)

Evening Shift

3:20 PM - 11:50 PM Monday - Friday

Night Shift

9:00 PM - 5:30 AM Monday - Friday

What You'll Do

As a Production Team Member, you will:

• Follow safety guidelines and work instructions
• Perform hands-on production tasks
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals
• Complete accurate production records and documentation
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Use basic hand tools as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
