Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services across our hospitals and care settings. In this role, you will perform complex vascular, abdominal, OB/GYN, and small-parts exams while leading and mentoring a team of sonographers. You’ll ensure high-quality imaging, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Working within a collaborative, patient-focused environment, you will partner with radiologists, physicians, and nurses to support timely diagnoses and excellent patient experiences while helping optimize workflow and support ongoing clinical quality initiatives.
