CarePartners seeks a compassionate Inpatient Hospice Solace Center Registered Nurse to provide expert end-of-life care in our inpatient hospice unit. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, manage complex pain and symptoms, administer medications, and ensure comfort and dignity for patients. You will educate and support families, coordinate interdisciplinary care, document in the EHR, and uphold regulatory standards.
