This position is much more than writing repair orders. You'll be the primary advocate for our customers — helping them understand their vehicle's needs while ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival through vehicle delivery
• Build lasting relationships that create loyal, repeat customers
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and communicate them clearly to technicians
• Explain maintenance recommendations and repair options in an easy-to-understand manner
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Work closely with technicians and the parts department to ensure timely repairs
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
• Help improve customer satisfaction scores and customer retention
• Represent the Gary Miller brand with professionalism and integrity every day

What We're Looking For:

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• CDJR/Stellantis experience is a plus—but not required for the right person
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help people
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using dealership computer systems and technology
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check, driving record review, and pre-employment drug screening
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
