Ivy Rehab Network is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. You will document care in EMR, collaborate closely with referring providers and support staff, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
