  • Variable 10-hour shifts -- 6a-4p, 8a-6p, 12p-10p, 3p-1a, 9p-6a
  • 3 weeks per month -- 11 or 15 shifts depending on month length
  • 23 patients per shift
  • Community ED -- newborn deliveries, stroke activations, and trauma
  • Level 3 trauma center experience required
  • Experience with stroke activations and cardiac cath lab coordination
  • Physician coverage ranges from single to triple coverage daily
  • ABEM board certification only
