Maintenance Tech

Lutheran Social Services seeks a Maintenance Tech to support safe, comfortable environments across our healthcare and housing programs. In this on-site role, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, and respond to work orders with a strong customer-service mindset. You’ll help ensure regulatory and safety compliance, support unit turns and small projects, and collaborate with care and housing teams.
